About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor security events and alerts across client environments to identify possible threats and unusual activity
  • Investigate incidents by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and escalating issues based on severity and impact
  • Perform initial triage of security tickets, validate symptoms, and route items to the appropriate response path
  • Review endpoint, network, and cloud logs to support incident analysis and vulnerability assessment activities
  • Apply cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and control requirements when handling operational security tasks
  • Support containment and recovery actions for security incidents under senior guidance
  • Record case details, status updates, and remediation steps in ticketing and monitoring tools
  • Contribute to security monitoring routines, regulatory response activities, and privacy compliance tasks across managed service engagements
  • Understand responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
  • Ensure correct Information Security Management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
  • At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
  • Demonstrating internship, coursework, or project exposure to cybersecurity operations
  • Applying security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, or incident response concepts
  • Working in client-facing or managed services environments with changing priorities
  • Gathering data, identifying patterns, and communicating findings clearly
