About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee client-facing cloud infrastructure and operations work within PwC's Advisory practice
Lead AWS delivery, platform support, and network architecture workstreams
Lead teams, coach junior professionals, and drive assigned workstreams
Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, delivery timelines, and quality expectations
Guide cloud architecture design, network deployment, migration, and modernization activities
Review technical deliverables for cloud infrastructure, virtualization, connectivity, and security controls
Coordinate incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and operational troubleshooting across cloud and network platforms
Validate service management processes, operational readiness, and support procedures
Identify opportunities to improve cloud operations through automation, digital tooling, and AI-enabled workflows
Build client relationships and communicate technical options, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure delivery
2 or more years leading AWS work at enterprise scale
Preference for study in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Engineering
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster
Master's of Science or an MBA preferred
Experience executing AWS partner motions, including Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) funding, proofs of concept, co-sell activities, and AWS Marketplace private offers
Experience delivering cloud transformation initiatives within industry environments
Demonstrated AWS cloud infrastructure delivery across client engagements
Experience leading teams through project planning, execution, and delivery
Experience coaching junior professionals and reviewing deliverables for quality
Ability to travel up to 80%
Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC policy
