About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Business Change activities across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Work with Business, Functional and Technical teams to assess change impacts, develop business readiness strategies and embed change throughout the programme lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand current challenges, define future ways of working and build commitment to change
- Develop and deliver change interventions, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change networks and business adoption activities
- Help clients understand how SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent technologies will change the way people work
- Support business development through discovery workshops, client proposals and solution shaping
- Coach junior consultants while developing consulting, Business Change and leadership capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering Business Change as part of large SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Practical experience delivering Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, Training and Business Adoption
- Understanding that successful SAP transformation depends on people adopting new processes, technologies and ways of working
- Experience supporting multinational transformation programmes across multiple business units, functions or geographies
- Ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, influence senior leaders and support organisational change
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent automation
- Collaborative and commercially minded approach
- Availability for up to 60% travel
- Available for work visa sponsorship
