About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business growth by building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and shaping strategic sales efforts within the Brand Management, Marketing and Sales practice
- Set direction and guide client engagement priorities as a Director
- Influence business outcomes while mentoring future leaders
- Uphold the firm's reputation through quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset
- Support business development efforts and collaborate across the PwC Network
- Advance client-focused solutions aligned with organizational goals and evolving market needs
- Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand client relationships and uncover new managed services opportunities
- Build executive client relationships and align sales activity with account priorities across the Firm
- Lead account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity tracking using CRM software and sales analytics
- Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and proposal content for competitive pursuits and contract discussions
- Conduct market research and use sales insights to identify trends, growth areas, and client needs
- Coordinate sales presentations, proposal support, and negotiation preparation with internal stakeholders
- Translate market intelligence into targeted sales strategies that advance revenue and market presence
- Coach team members on client management, sales methodology, and relationship development practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrating client relationship leadership within managed services
- Driving business growth through market opportunity identification
- Developing thought leadership and client engagement strategies
- Navigating executive conversations and complex stakeholder needs
- Mentoring teams while balancing strategic and operational priorities
- Up to 60% travel
- Must not need, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
