Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven, demonstrable reward experience at manager level with strong technical skills, knowledge of best practice and a broad understanding of commercial and business issues
  • Previous analytical experience in a professional environment
  • Proven competent/advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, including ability to manipulate large volumes of data
  • Ability to work with complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, and graphs
  • Experience with wider data analytical tools such as Alteryx and Power BI is desirable
  • Strong analytical, written and commercial skills
  • Experience dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Good knowledge and understanding of reward principles and their organisational impact
  • Available for up to 60% travel
  • No work visa sponsorship available
