About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support teams in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions through research and analysis
- Participate in developing acquisition strategies and financial modeling to optimize capital structure and drive value creation
- Assist with business valuations and discounted cash flow analyses to estimate economic value
- Engage in client management and onboarding processes
- Contribute to negotiation of contractual agreements and deal structures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and analyze financial trends

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level; candidates are traditionally in their 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or 4th year of a 5-year program
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Economics and Business, Finance and Asset Pricing, Finance and Business, Investment Banking, Money and Banking, Money Banking and Finance, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Ability to leverage AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Ability to support client management and onboarding processes
- Ability to participate in acquisition strategy planning and execution
- Ability to engage in business valuations and financial modeling activities
- Active listening and communication skills in team settings
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
