About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for individual L&D programmes
- Ensure programmes run effectively or identify new solutions to improve them
- Manage project initiation, budget control, project management, risk management, and reporting
- Coordinate with other L&D teams to implement planned activity
- Implement tutor briefings ahead of L&D programmes
- Agree scope of work and final sign-off with third-party suppliers
- Oversee third-party supplier relationships, service quality, and adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Act as escalation point for programme queries and risks
- Support the Course Executive with implementation project plans and logistical requirements
- Coach and supervise junior learning experience team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent project management, risk management, budgetary, and organisational skills
- Ownership of multiple budgets and associated activities, including setting and monitoring
- Ability to build and develop strong relationships at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively to create value for the firm
- Experience with coaching/supervision of more junior team members
- Ability to create an environment of trust
- Commercial orientation
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and apply sound conclusions
- Strong interest in learning design and delivery
- Knowledge/application of 70:20:10
- No work visa sponsorship available
