Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics
- 3 years of professional experience developing AI/ML systems or integrating AI into products
- Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering
- Experience deploying LLMs into production
- Experience designing and optimizing RAG pipelines
- Experience leading technical discovery in fast-paced environments
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles
- Contribution to AI research or open-source communities
- Knowledge of orchestration tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Experience with agent-based systems
- Ability to uphold professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements
