About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the execution of transformative technology projects
- Guide multidisciplinary teams in aligning business needs with strategies
- Mentor junior staff to enhance their professional capabilities
- Drive innovation to improve client experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives
- Establish clear communication channels within the team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience leading transformation programs
- Demonstrating leadership in AI-enabled transformation initiatives
- Managing execution of delivery teams for quality outcomes
- Translating business needs into priorities and success metrics
- Driving alignment across stakeholders with transparent communication
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering accountability
- Supporting responsible use of AI and emerging technologies
- Contributing to portfolio planning and continuous improvement
- Connecting business strategy to technology execution
- Excelling in communication, facilitation, and problem-solving
- Up to 20% travel
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC policy
