About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other financial transactions
  • Analyze financial statements, transaction data, and market information

  • Prepare valuation support materials, presentation decks, and written summaries

  • Review assumptions, inputs, and calculations across financial models and valuation deliverables
  • Track project tasks, coordinate deliverables, and respond to changing transaction timelines
  • Develop commercial awareness and technical skills through feedback, research, and participation in deal valuation workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Ability to analyze financial statements, transaction data, and market information
  • Experience or ability to build and update financial models, comparable company analyses, and discounted cash flow analyses
  • Knowledge of quantitative finance, corporate finance, and market trends
  • Ability to review assumptions, inputs, and calculations for consistency
  • Ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
  • Ability to learn and uphold professional standards and independence requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
