About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the integration of development, operations, and security practices to enhance software delivery
- Manage the design and implementation of secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime
- Oversee deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server
- Coordinate continuous integration and deployment processes
- Utilize Ansible and Terraform for software provisioning and infrastructure management
- Implement security controls and incident management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system reliability and security challenges
- Mentor team members and encourage innovation in DevSecOps practices
- Analyze system components to identify interactions and optimize performance
- Validate project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations and timelines
- Lead teams and manage client accounts
- Provide strategic planning, coaching, performance management, and mentoring
- Identify opportunities contributing to the firm's success
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics
- Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server
- Experience deploying and operating production AI/ML workloads using CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerization, automation, monitoring, security, and scalable deployment practices
- Experience applying MLOps/LLMOps practices for model deployment, environment management, versioning, performance monitoring, rollback strategies, and operational support
- Experience utilizing Terraform and Jenkins
- Experience managing security infrastructure with Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike
- Experience implementing continuous integration and deployment using GitHub and GitLab
- Strategic planning and mentoring capabilities
- Experience leading teams in complex DevSecOps projects
