About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Design Consultants and SMEs within the Design Hub to understand business and learning objectives
  • Propose digital and technology-based solutions that enhance learning experiences
  • Advise on and support implementation of new and existing technologies for programmes
  • Consider appropriate risk management activities
  • Propose, create/curate and implement technology-enabled learning experiences at programme level
  • Provide consultation and support to the Design Hub on adopting digital and technology-based solutions
  • Pilot and implement new technology and tools into TD&C programmes with the Innovation and Insights team
  • Support transition of new tools to business-as-usual operations and contribute to process documentation
  • Maintain knowledge of technology-based suppliers and make recommendations
  • Collaborate with learning experience and events teams to define logistical requirements and maintain project plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting conversations with relevant business stakeholders, such as SMEs, to enable learning content development
  • Experience leading the briefing and training of onsite team members, facilitators and/or hosts on technology aspects of programmes
  • Experience maintaining and developing tools supporting technology-enhanced learning solutions, such as a Digital Learning Toolkit
  • Experience working with People Solutions Learning Experience teams and Integrated Services Events teams
  • Ability to propose, create/curate and implement technology-enabled learning experiences
  • Knowledge of existing technology-based supplier products and services
  • Creative approach to learning design and ability to articulate how technology can augment learner experiences
  • Available for up to 60% travel
  • Not eligible for work visa sponsorship
