About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and enhance speed to market
- Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing processes
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs and improve product quality
- Utilize digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance
- Coach team members, leverage their strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations
- Own projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Collaborate with team leadership on quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Encourage skill development and mentor others
- Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Lead teams and manage client accounts
- Provide guidance on lean manufacturing, supply chain integration, and digital technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for study in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, or Science
- Proficiency in digital tooling and emerging technologies
- Experience in operations management and manufacturing strategy
- Analytical thinking for process simulation and documentation
- Knowledge of digital automation and MES
- Ability to manage project resources in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading teams with service excellence and compliance standards
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
