Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's in accounting or in any related field
  • Canadian CPA Designation or CPA Auditor
  • 8-10 years' experience in a similar role in an accounting firm
  • Ability to coach junior staff members and be present in the local market
  • Detailed knowledge of ASPE, CSRS 4200 Compilation engagements, CSRE 2400 Review engagements, and Canadian Audit Standards
  • Strong communication and facilitator skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, listening and coaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments in an organized manner
  • Strong analytical capability, sound business sense, and creative mind
  • Fluency in English and French
  • No work visa sponsorship available
