Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 9 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
  • Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration
  • Utilizing customer experience (CX) design and strategy
  • Excelling in customer journey analysis and segmentation
  • Leading customer relationship management and retention strategies
  • Innovating through business process improvement and digital tooling
  • Promoting creativity and strategic questioning in problem-solving
  • Up to 60% travel
  • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
