About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead all aspects of delivery on multiple engagements
- Develop and sustain strategic client relationships and confirm client satisfaction
- Apply transition management experience and support/service management knowledge
- Analyze data to identify and communicate trends to managers and clients
- Lead hospital billing and accounts receivable calling efforts for revenue cycle managed services engagements
- Direct operational reviews to identify billing delays, claim follow-up gaps, and collection barriers
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline denial resolution and accelerate cash flow
- Analyze account activity, payer trends, and billing data to guide action plans and prioritize work
- Coordinate client-facing discussions on revenue cycle issues, service expectations, and issue resolution
- Oversee call workflows, work queues, and productivity metrics across multiple client assignments
- Apply automation solutions and digital tooling to improve billing operations and delivery efficiency
- Guide teams in process mapping, operational analysis, and service operations methods
- Identify opportunities to strengthen revenue cycle performance, reduce rework, and improve operational consistency
- Support business growth by shaping service offerings and advancing healthcare revenue cycle client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor’s degree in finance or Any Graduate
- At least 17-20 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Experience leading revenue cycle billing and AR calling initiatives
- Hospital billing and denial resolution experience
- Ability to translate client needs into operational improvement plans
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across revenue cycle workflows
- Experience applying automation solutions to billing and collections
- Experience developing teams through coaching and feedback
- Strategic thinking and communication skills to drive change
- Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)
- Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with skilled functional proficiency in charts, formulas, and pivot tables
- Consistently meets or exceeds department standards for quality, attendance, and deadlines
- Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security regulations
