Help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities
Help clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings across finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance
Support companies in their Finance Transformation journey using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM
Help clients rethink Finance functions using RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics with ERP platforms
Lead implementation of innovative Oracle solutions that drive business success
Set strategic direction, inspire teams, and cultivate impactful client relationships
Oversee complex projects that enhance operational effectiveness
Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
Contribute to finance technology initiatives
Maintain adherence to industry standards and PwC's reputation for excellence
Drive ongoing improvement in project execution and client satisfaction
Support, improve, and evolve ways of working
Identify market gaps and opportunities to create value propositions
Scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years directly involved in Oracle Cloud implementations
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 12 years of professional experience involving Oracle and/or the Finance sector
12 years of professional experience in Oracle and Finance preferred
Proven leadership in team motivation and direction
Developing market-differentiated Oracle solutions
Improving business processes in Oracle environments
Building and sustaining client relationships through networking
Preparing and presenting complex content effectively
Designing and implementing complex business processes
Leading teams to foster trust and innovation
Understanding personal and team roles for positive collaboration
Up to 60% travel
