About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Guidewire configuration workstreams for insurance clients
- Translate business needs into system design and implementation tasks
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables across policy, billing, and claims platforms
- Review solution designs, configuration changes, and testing results
- Coach team members on Guidewire platforms, integration, and software development methods
- Guide end-to-end insurance workflow analysis and identify configuration impacts and process improvements
- Oversee defect resolution, issue tracking, and release readiness
- Support client discussions on operational transformation, cloud adoption, and data and analytics initiatives
- Apply technical judgment to deliver scalable configurations and maintain solution stability
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree preferred in a listed business, technology, engineering, analytics, finance, mathematics, or related field
- Earnix configuration experience
- Guidewire, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter configuration skills
- Project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery experience
- Ability to mentor teams on system analysis and delivery quality
- Ability to navigate client issues, technical discussions, and escalation paths
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
