Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency
Analyze client needs and develop tailored software solutions aligned with strategic objectives
Provide training and support for effective utilization of Oracle applications
Manage project architecture and budgeting
Guide teams in business process modeling and standardization

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in a listed business, accounting, finance, computer science, information technology, or related field
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
Analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
Experience implementing technology solutions to enhance business processes
Experience with project architecture and budgeting for client engagements
Ability to embrace change and innovation in digital transformation initiatives
Ability to develop training materials
Ability to travel up to 20%
