Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent)
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate financial insights into business value
  • Proven ability to take ownership, manage priorities effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes from planning through to completion
  • Proactive and improvement-focused mindset, with a track record of identifying opportunities, driving change and enhancing business performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to influence decisions and provide commercially focused recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships through collaboration, credibility and integrity
  • Resilient, motivated and committed to continuous development
  • Actively sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues and the wider finance community
