About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Oracle Cloud Finance transformation workstreams across finance, operations, and governance and risk needs
  • Manage client engagement activities, timelines, and deliverables for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM programs
  • Guide teams through finance process design, system configuration, and deployment planning for cloud-enabled solutions
  • Review complex business requirements and translate them into Oracle Financials, General Ledger, Receivables, and Record to Report designs
  • Apply knowledge of finance transformation, accounting standards, and financial reporting to develop practical recommendations
  • Oversee automation, analytics, and machine learning capabilities to improve finance function performance
  • Coach team members on project delivery, issue resolution, and development of Oracle finance skills
  • Address workstream risks, dependencies, and process gaps using data-driven analysis and stakeholder input
  • Build client relationships and present progress, findings, and solution options to finance and technology leaders
  • Identify opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes through Oracle cloud solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
  • Proficiency implementing Oracle Financials across GL, AP, Expenses, CM, AR
  • Proficiency implementing Oracle Financials across Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants, FA, AHCS/FAH
  • Experience leading Oracle Finance transformation workstreams for client support engagements
  • Experience coaching teams through complex finance process design and delivery
  • Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
