About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the integration of Oracle NetSuite solutions to optimize client financial operations
- Analyze client needs and design and implement Oracle-based digital finance solutions
- Manage project budgeting, execution, and completion in alignment with client strategic objectives
- Coach team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement through analytical thinking
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in strategic questioning
- Develop and maintain project documentation supporting seamless integration
- Promote technology innovation and embrace change to enhance delivery
- Validate compliance with professional and technical standards within project frameworks
- Encourage learning agility and intellectual curiosity among team members
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while partnering with team leadership on quality, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology
- Experience leading enterprise integration initiatives using Boomi, Workato, Celigo, and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Exposure to NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce
- Experience designing custom integrations using SI connectors and relevant programming languages, preferably within software industry environments
- Ability to advise clients on systems integration strategy and solution design for complex business and technical requirements
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite implementations
- Experience utilizing Agile Methodology for project management
- Experience in business process improvement and modeling
- Ability to manage complex IT project lifecycles
- Ability to embrace technology innovation and digital tooling
- Experience leading enterprise integration and software projects
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
