About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage compilations, review engagements, and tax compliance engagements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's in accounting or in any related field
- Canadian CPA Designation or CPA Auditor
- 8–10 years' experience in a similar role in an accounting firm
- Ability to coach junior staff members and be present in the local market
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of ASPE, CSRS 4200 Compilation engagements, CSRE 2400 Review engagements, and Canadian Audit Standards
- Strong communication and facilitator skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, listening, and coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments in an organized manner
- Strong analytical capability, sound business sense, and creative mind
- Fluency in English and French
