About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on international tax compliance, planning, and structuring matters within the Tax Services practice
- Lead teams, coach colleagues, manage project workstreams, and apply judgment while reviewing deliverables
- Solve complex tax issues and support client relationships
- Lead international tax compliance workstreams for financial services clients across global business structures
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for cross-border tax compliance engagements
- Review tax returns, tax provisions, tax documentation, and supporting workpapers for accuracy and technical consistency
- Analyze controlled foreign company rules, tax laws, and regulatory changes to support compliance planning
- Develop tax research and document positions for multinational clients with complex entity structures
- Coach team members on tax preparation, documentation standards, and client service delivery
- Monitor workflow priorities and reallocate resources to address shifting client needs and deadlines
- Use tax modeling and integrated global structuring skills to support compliance analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with client finance and tax teams to gather data, resolve issues, and clarify filing requirements
- Identify process improvements and technology opportunities that streamline recurring tax compliance activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- International tax compliance experience within financial services organizations
- Managing client service workstreams across cross-border tax compliance projects
- Mentoring staff through review cycles and coaching conversations
- Planning and executing projects, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Applying international tax technical knowledge and technology-enabled delivery
- Navigating technical standards, independence requirements, and confidential client matters
- Ability to travel up to 20%
