About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead international tax consulting workstreams for financial services clients across cross-border structuring, compliance, and planning
- Advise on global tax positions by analyzing tax laws, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements
- Review tax research, modeling, provisions, disclosures, and documentation for technical accuracy and consistency
- Coach team members through feedback, review cycles, and development opportunities
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities within complex organizational and transaction structures
- Support tax governance, reporting, and documentation for multinational client portfolios
- Apply knowledge of controlled foreign companies, foreign tax credits, BEPS, and tax accounting in client solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to client leaders and internal stakeholders
- Uphold professional and technical standards, independence requirements, and firm conduct expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- International tax consulting experience serving financial services clients
- Experience managing complex tax projects across planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Experience mentoring teams and developing junior professionals through work reviews
- Knowledge of international tax services applied to structured transactions
- Ability to navigate tax compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Tax research, modeling, and technical analysis skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
