About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in reviews of functional and technical User Stories to identify gaps in requirements, use cases, and workflows
- Work closely with Business and QA leads to understand the application and supported business
- Organize and lead test-set peer reviews, test plan reviews, and test run execution
- Collaborate with developers, Solution Architects, and Technical Leads to understand technical approaches, specifications, and non-functional requirements
- Conduct compliance audits for regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Analyze data to identify regulatory risk compliance patterns and trends
- Support implementation of compliance programs and frameworks
- Develop risk mitigation strategies with team members
- Prepare regulatory reports and documentation
- Participate in client meetings on compliance and governance issues
- Apply cybersecurity risk management techniques to protect client data
- Assess anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention compliance
- Maintain regulatory compliance programs
- Monitor privacy and data protection regulatory compliance
- Conduct risk analysis for decision-making
- Support compliance training and education sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Ability to participate in reviews of functional and technical User Stories
- Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and XRAY
- Ability to author Agile Test Plans and Requirements Traceability Matrices
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Testing Framework standards, best practices, and protocols
- Proficiency in compliance frameworks and standards
- Data analysis and interpretation for risk assessment
- Cybersecurity risk management in regulatory environments
- Ability to implement compliance program strategies
- Ability to maintain complex regulatory compliance programs
- Strong communication and teamwork within diverse teams
