About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support functional testing activities for regulatory risk and compliance client work
Review requirements, test scenarios, and test cases to validate system behavior against expected outcomes
Document test results, track defects, and coordinate retesting across project timelines
Interpret process flows and compliance requirements to identify gaps in testing coverage
Compare source data, test outputs, and expected results using data analysis and interpretation
Assist with test planning, test execution, and status updates for client deliverables
Apply knowledge of compliance frameworks, controls compliance, and regulatory reporting in testing tasks
Collaborate with senior team members to resolve testing issues and clarify functional questions
Review functional and technical User Stories, including happy path, alternate path, user-error, and system-error workflows
Work with Business and QA leads to understand the supported application and business
Work with Interactions Hub Developers, Solution Architect, and Technical Lead to understand technical approach, specifications, and non-functional requirements
Gather and review information from multiple sources, document findings, and help maintain consistent testing execution and team deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2–4 years of experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with QA Testing skills
Oral and written proficiency in English required
ISTQB certification preferred
Proficiency in test management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and XRAY
Experience testing regulatory or compliance processes in managed services
Familiarity with health services operations and client support environments
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Ability to author Agile Test Plans and Requirements Traceability Matrices
Experience testing workflow applications built on the Appian platform preferred but not required
Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage stakeholder expectations and scope
Ability to participate in reviews of functional and technical User Stories and identify gaps in requirements
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, controls compliance, and regulatory reporting
Ability to learn technical standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements
