About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Plan, test, review, and report on large and complex client engagements
- Design, implement, and deliver digitally enabled assurance, compliance, regulatory, and risk management frameworks
- Develop risk management strategies to improve processes and controls, drive compliance, and mitigate risks
- Identify risk assessment and process improvement opportunities
- Understand client strategy, objectives, control frameworks, and regulatory environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members
- Coach and mentor teams
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and clients on transformation programs
- Deliver tailored governance, risk, and compliance solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Well-developed research and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and adaptable approach
- Proven experience in governance, risk management, and compliance, especially leading large transformation projects (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to guide and contribute to projects across various scales
- Familiarity with developing and implementing risk management strategies within complex regulatory frameworks
- Relevant transferable experience is welcomed
- Available for work visa sponsorship
