  • Oversee multiple workstreams and balance delivery priorities across complex implementation efforts
  • Translate insurance operating requirements into platform-enabled solutions
  • Coach teams to strengthen solution design, delivery discipline, and issue resolution
  • Set strategic direction and oversee multiple projects across the PwC Network
  • Adhere to firm standards, independence requirements, and conduct expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 9 years of experience
  • Preference for a Master's of Science, PhD, or Master of Business Administration degree in specified fields
  • Experience leading Guidewire client engagements across policy, billing, and claims transformations
  • Experience driving insurance technology strategy across core modernization and cloud programs
  • Experience developing executive client relationships and business growth opportunities
  • Experience translating market insights into thought leadership and solution design
  • Experience mentoring teams while balancing strategic, operational, and technical priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
