About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate New Zealand requirements, system changes, releases, enhancements and issue resolution with the global Workday team
- Administer Workday business processes, system dependencies, security access, roles and permissions in line with security and privacy requirements
- Maintain employee and organisational data accuracy, completeness and integrity through dashboards, controls, audits and reconciliations
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Translate business questions into analysis of workforce trends, risks and opportunities
- Identify and implement system and process improvements, including automation and self-service capability
- Provide practical guidance to stakeholders
- Work across People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and global teams to translate business needs into system improvements and trusted reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- A tertiary qualification in a related discipline, with an Information Systems degree desirable
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years of systems analysis experience
- Working understanding of Workday functionality
- Strong capability in report building, system integration and data analysis
- High proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft platforms and Workday
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Independence review process required
