About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead identity and access management workstreams for Microsoft Entra ID implementations and client support engagements
- Direct planning, scheduling, and delivery activities for access management initiatives across systems, applications, and user groups
- Manage teams configuring role-based access control, user access rights, and authorization models for enterprise environments
- Review identity governance designs, access control frameworks, and privileged access management approaches for security alignment
- Guide integration of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity services within broader infrastructure landscapes
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical documentation, access policies, and implementation plans
- Monitor identity lifecycle processes, federated identity workflows, and access control changes to support secure operations
- Coach team members on delivery methods, issue resolution, and client-facing execution across multiple workstreams
- Identify improvements in identity governance, access administration, and technical tooling to strengthen service delivery
- Travel up to 40%
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Demonstrating Microsoft Entra ID administration across enterprise environments
- Applying identity governance, access control, and privileged access practices
- Managing client-facing IAM workstreams with planning and delivery focus
- Mentoring teams while reviewing deliverables and timelines
- Navigating access requests, escalations, and technical documentation
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth within PwC policy
