About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead identity and access management workstreams for client engagements
  • Guide planning, execution, and delivery of secure access solutions
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resource needs across multiple client priorities
  • Design and implement role-based access control, user access reviews, and authorization processes in Saviynt and related platforms
  • Administer cloud IAM environments, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, and federated identity solutions
  • Oversee privileged access management activities, including privileged account lifecycle controls, access requests, and credential governance
  • Develop technical documentation, system requirements, and access control standards
  • Analyze identity governance, information security, and IT risk requirements; identify gaps and recommend remediation
  • Coach team members and review work to build capability
  • Address client issues, escalate risks, and maintain communication across stakeholders and engagement teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve identity governance through automation, digital tooling, and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for study in Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
  • Saviynt identity governance project leadership in client settings
  • Experience managing access control, PAM, and RBAC delivery workstreams
  • Ability to translate IAM system dependencies into practical implementation plans
  • Experience mentoring teams through reviews, feedback, and coaching
  • Ability to handle issues, stakeholder discussions, and escalate concerns
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, methodology, and delivery discipline
  • Up to 40% travel
  • Must not require now or in the future PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC policy
