About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead identity and access management workstreams for client engagements, translating security requirements into practical access solutions
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables across SailPoint implementations and access governance initiatives
  • Design and refine identity governance processes, including joiner mover leaver workflows, role based access control, and privileged access management
  • Oversee configuration and deployment activities for SailPoint platforms, access control models, and authorization management systems
  • Analyze access risks, user entitlement trends, and control gaps to support recommendations and remediation actions
  • Coach team members on identity governance methods, technical documentation, and delivery expectations
  • Review work products for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with security, compliance, and client requirements
  • Build client relationships to gather business and technical requirements, clarify access policy needs, and guide solution design
  • Apply Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, and cloud identity and access management tools to solve complex access challenges
  • Identify opportunities to improve identity governance processes, security awareness, and automation across client environments
  • Lead teams, coach team members, manage priorities across workstreams, and resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to solution design and quality review
  • Validate timelines, support issue resolution, and develop junior professionals through feedback and mentoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
  • SailPoint identity governance configuration experience
  • Experience managing access control, RBAC, and IAM workstreams
  • Experience leading client-facing cyber delivery teams and timelines
  • Experience reviewing technical documentation and system requirements
  • Experience coaching junior professionals through feedback and review
  • Up to 40% travel
  • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth within PwC policy
