Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client-facing consulting work focused on IFS Cloud implementation and operational improvement
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple work efforts
  • Coordinate analysis of client processes and system requirements to shape technology solutions
  • Guide configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities for business application implementations
  • Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and review of work products
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and escalate risks across client engagements
  • Apply field service and operations modernization knowledge to asset lifecycle, maintenance, dispatch, and resource planning needs

  • Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
  • Experience managing IFS Cloud implementations across field operations
  • Experience leading project planning, budgeting, and delivery workstreams
  • Experience mentoring teams through systems analysis and issue resolution
  • Ability to apply technology innovation to client service delivery
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder conversations with integrity
  • Up to 60% travel
  • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
