Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and minimize downtime
Implement industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems to enhance performance and availability
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services to address issues promptly and maintain service excellence
Design cloud infrastructure architecture to support business operations and client needs
Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of cloud migration and optimization projects
Utilize AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to drive cloud strategy and service delivery
Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and deliver quality outcomes
Analyze system interactions to identify opportunities for infrastructure performance improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations
Uphold professional and technical standards, including compliance with cloud regulations and guidelines
Manage client accounts and focus on strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, project success, and maintaining standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Preference for study in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, or Risk Management/Insurance
Experience utilizing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience managing IT asset management projects with strategic planning and execution
Experience mentoring junior staff and developing leadership skills
Experience analyzing and identifying system interactions for optimization
Experience troubleshooting cloud computing issues with technical consultation skills
Up to 40% travel
Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC policy
