Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for study in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, or Project/Technology Management
  • Proficiency in Pega Platform and Business Process Modeling
  • Analytical thinking and AI fluency
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Team leadership focused on service excellence and teamwork
  • Complex project management with strategic planning and execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
  • Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as provided by PwC policy
