About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead managed services data analytics and business intelligence workstreams for healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Oversee planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of analytics initiatives across client service engagements
- Translate business requirements into dashboard, reporting, and data model solutions
- Analyze system data flows and identify linkages across clinical, billing, collections, and performance reporting processes
- Guide teams in using Azure Data Factory, cloud-based data pipelines, and digital tooling for data integration and refresh routines
- Review analytics deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Coach team members on analytical methods, issue resolution, and technical skill development
- Address data quality, reporting, and delivery issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating risks where appropriate
- Apply cybersecurity, privacy compliance, and security control knowledge to protect sensitive client information
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, operational insight, and service delivery through advanced analytics and AI-supported tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for study in Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Computer Engineering
- Experience delivering data analytics and business intelligence in managed services settings
- Experience leading client workstreams across revenue cycle operations and reporting
- Experience mentoring teams while reviewing deliverables and timelines
- Experience applying Azure Data Factory, Agile methodology, and digital tooling
- Experience analyzing operational linkages across systems, data, and process flows
- Ability to travel up to 40%
