Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Epic application support workstreams for Beaker, Radiant, and Willow within managed services engagements
  • Manage client service requests, issue resolution, and ongoing system support across clinical and revenue cycle environments
  • Coordinate team tasks, timelines, and deliverables for configuration, testing, and production support activities
  • Review system changes and application requests for alignment with workflow, data, and operational requirements
  • Guide junior team members through coaching, feedback, and review of work products
  • Translate business needs into functional system solutions using Epic software and electronic health record knowledge
  • Analyze application performance, incident trends, and user feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Support data-driven decisions through health information systems, health data analytics, and digital tools
  • Maintain service documentation, support procedures, and configuration records for assigned applications
  • Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders to clarify needs, discuss issues, and advance support activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Epic certification in Beaker, Radiant, or Willow
  • Experience managing managed services workstreams within Epic environments
  • Healthcare technology knowledge
  • Experience coaching teams through Electronic Health Record system changes
  • Business analysis and analytical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work with health information systems, health data analytics, and digital tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%
  • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
