About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyze client needs and implement tailored SAP software solutions
- Develop and deliver training materials for SAP application utilization
- Manage project architecture and budgeting to align with strategic objectives
- Guide teams in integrating emerging technologies and innovative design
- Collaborate with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth
- Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Uphold professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- Promote digital tooling and AI-human collaboration in projects
- Facilitate enterprise integration and technology implementation initiatives
- Lead teams and manage client accounts
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Coach team members, manage performance, and deliver on client expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems
- Proficiency in SAP Best Practice and SAP ERP
- Analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Experience implementing technology solutions to enhance business processes
- Experience in project architecture and project budgeting
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital tooling
- Skills in enterprise integration and enterprise software
- Ability to travel up to 40%
