About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyze client needs and implement tailored SAP software solutions
- Provide training and support for effective SAP application utilization
- Develop and execute strategic plans for SAP application integration
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coach and mentor team members
- Collaborate with clients to identify process improvement opportunities
- Address complex system interactions using analytical thinking

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems
- Proficiency in SAP Consulting and SAP Best Practices
- Analytical thinking to identify system interactions
- Knowledge of emerging technologies for innovative solutions
- Skills in project architecture and budgeting
- Experience with technology integration for enterprise systems
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%
