Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Preference for study in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, or Risk Management/Insurance
  • Coursework in operations consulting, asset management, or financial services
  • Curiosity through research, analysis, and fact gathering
  • Ability to adapt quickly across multiple clients and team settings
  • Clear communication, active listening, and asking questions
  • Ownership, feedback-seeking, and continuous learning
  • Commercial awareness and business process understanding
