About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise national and international clients in Zug or Lucerne on complex corporate tax matters and develop tailored, practical solutions with strategic business relevance
  • Lead and contribute to domestic and cross-border reorganisations, acquisitions, divestitures, tax planning initiatives, and selected tax accounting matters
  • Support clients with tax compliance-related questions while identifying risks, opportunities, and efficient tax positions
  • Manage client relationships, coordinate project teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across a varied portfolio of corporate clients
  • Develop junior team members through coaching and on-the-job support
  • Foster a collaborative and trusted team environment
  • Work closely with colleagues across Tax, Legal, and Advisory
  • Support internal and external trainings, publications, and technical events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in law, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification completed or currently in the final year of the program
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax
  • Exposure to tax accounting under IFRS or US GAAP is a plus
  • Strong English language skills
  • Additional languages are a strong plus
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Sound judgement, resilience, and ability to take ownership
  • Collaborative and client-focused personality with leadership potential
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Interest in the intersection of tax, law, finance, and business
