About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic advice and business diligence services for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Analyse financial information, including quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other client deal issues
- Lead financial and accounting diligence analysis using data-driven approaches
- Transform source data into workable formats and visualize data insights using Excel and Power Suites
- Manage workloads across multiple projects with competing priorities
- Communicate with team leaders and PwC network offices regarding scope, expectations, and project deliverables
- Present completed project deliverables
- Mentor and leverage junior team members to facilitate coaching and development
- Monitor local and international business and economic issues relevant to assigned PwC network office regions
- Manage workflow from initiation through completion and document work performed
- Participate in projects across multiple work streams and teams
- Build relationships with team members and contribute to a positive working environment

- Demonstrated working knowledge of financial analysis impacting the business and economic environment
