About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead identity and access management workstreams for client support engagements across cyber, data, and technology risk environments
- Manage planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of access control initiatives, identity governance activities, and privileged access reviews
- Coach team members on access management, identity verification, role based access control, and authorization management systems
- Review technical documentation, system requirements, and access control models for security and governance alignment
- Develop and implement identity lifecycle processes across Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity and access management platforms
- Translate security and infrastructure needs into solutions for user access rights management, federation, and privileged access management
- Address delivery issues, scope changes, and client concerns while communicating with stakeholders and team leads
- Identify opportunities to improve identity governance, access administration, and cyber risk processes through digital tooling and automation
- Ensure responsible Information Management, Information Security, Data Protection, and correct Information Security Management practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one certification aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating IAM delivery across identity governance, access, and privileged access programs
- Leading client-facing workstreams, timelines, budgeting, and issue resolution
- Coaching teams through reviews, feedback, and performance development
- Applying access control models, Azure Active Directory, or SailPoint skills
- Translating technical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
