About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients facing significant pressure to adapt their business and operating models
- Work across performance improvement assignments
- Help organizations deliver sustainable improvements in cost reduction, cash management, and working capital management
- Translate complex analyses into practical recommendations
- Support clients in implementing and delivering change initiatives
- Analyze complex information and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Develop recommendations for rapid cost reduction and operating model redesign
- Drive implementation of recommendations with clients and the team
- Perform cashflow sensitivity analysis, financial baselining, and forecast reviews
- Prepare presentations and reports for boards and senior management
- Build strong client relationships
- Support the further build-out of the practice through commercial initiatives
- Collaborate with specialists across Deals, Strategy & Consulting
- Contribute to coaching and development of colleagues and teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting clients throughout the performance improvement lifecycle, from strategic opportunity assessment and planning through delivery of specific initiatives
- Experience from operations, advisory, or ideally both
- Strong foundation in financial and operational analytics
- Ability to turn complex challenges into structured and actionable solutions
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders in changing environments
- Experience with working capital, supply chain optimisation, and cash management
- Experience working on complex performance improvement programmes
- Confidence in stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to synthesize analysis into presentations and reports
