About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product development and manufacturing improvement workstreams for client engagements
- Guide teams in diagnosing lifecycle bottlenecks, process gaps, and cost drivers across product development and production environments
- Translate operational data into strategies that shorten time to market, improve product flow, and strengthen quality outcomes
- Direct planning and delivery of transformation initiatives combining lean methods, digital tooling, and manufacturing strategy
- Coach team members on product development, product lifecycle management, and process documentation approaches
- Manage performance, priorities, and deliverables across multiple workstreams while balancing client expectations and timelines
- Review analyses and deliverables for alignment with project objectives, methodology, and technical requirements
- Identify opportunities to apply AI fluency, emerging technologies, and human-centered collaboration to improve operations
- Develop client-facing recommendations across product strategy, product roadmap, product positioning, and go-to-market planning
- Address issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate concerns when project risks or delivery obstacles arise
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Product development strategy experience in consulting settings
- Experience managing cross-functional workstreams across product lifecycle stages
- Experience applying manufacturing strategy and operations improvement methods
- Experience using analytics, digital tooling, and emerging technologies
- Experience coaching teams through planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Experience presenting findings to client leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
