About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead solution architecture workstreams across cloud engineering, data and analytics, and digital integration initiatives
- Guide teams through architecture planning, design reviews, and delivery of scalable application and integration solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, functional design, and implementation roadmaps
- Manage API management, microservices, CI/CD, and application lifecycle activities across client engagements
- Review software design, code, and test approaches for alignment with architecture and engineering standards
- Coordinate troubleshooting for application, integration, and platform issues across complex environments
- Develop and mentor junior team members on solution architecture, software development methods, and quality practices
- Identify opportunities to improve digital tooling, automation, and delivery methods across software engineering programs
- Lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage workstreams, guide solution architecture discussions, define technical direction, and support client-facing delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Experience leading solution architecture across complex client engagements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams through planning and delivery
- Cloud, data, and integration architecture knowledge
- Experience applying API management, microservices, and CI/CD practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Experience mentoring junior staff through reviews and coaching
- Ability to comply with travel requirements of up to 80%
