About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Operations Strategy
- Utilizing emerging technologies to drive manufacturing innovation
- Leading strategic questioning and systemic thinking in complex environments
- Managing compliance and standards within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors
- Excelling in project resource management and service excellence
- Cultivating growth management and influence in client engagements
- Ability to travel up to 80%
