About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, coding, and testing of innovative software applications to drive digital transformation
- Manage software development projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Guide teams in implementing software engineering methodologies and practices
- Develop and enhance software solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Oversee enterprise application integration and manage API services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements and technical challenges

- Analyze system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proficiency in MuleSoft / Integration
- Knowledge of MuleSoft architecture, API-led connectivity, enterprise integration patterns, solution architecture, design discussions, integration patterns, and security
- Proficiency in API Management and Microservices
- Experience utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Improvement
- Ability to manage complex software project planning and execution
- Skills in Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
