About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead operations consulting workstreams for asset and wealth management client engagements
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery across multiple operational initiatives
- Analyze operating models, process flows, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop operational strategies that improve productivity, service delivery, and business performance
- Coach and develop team members through review, feedback, and on-the-job guidance
- Coordinate change management activities, implementation planning, and issue resolution for client initiatives
- Apply business data analytics, operating effectiveness review, and operational performance management to guide recommendations
- Build client relationships and address complex questions from business and technology stakeholders
- Use digital tooling and AI-enabled methods to streamline analysis and enhance delivery
- Validate work quality, timelines, and deliverables while upholding professional and technical standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for study in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, or Risk Management/Insurance
- Operations consulting experience supporting asset and wealth management
- Experience managing projects across planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Experience applying business performance metrics and operational performance management
- Experience coaching teams through change management and service excellence
- Analytical thinking to identify system linkages and process improvement
- Experience mentoring junior staff while upholding professional and technical standards
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
